The position
As a Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive our talent strategy, overseeing workforce planning, employer branding, and employee experiences. Collaborate with leaders to align hiring plans with strategic goals, optimize recruitment processes, and develop internal mobility programs.   • Lead the design, development, and ongoing optimisation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational objectives and business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure hiring plans support workforce strategy and address current and future talent requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, systems, policies, and tools to deliver seamless candidate experiences while driving process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop robust internal mobility programmes that foster career growth, talent retention, and professional development within the organisation.
  • Monitor talent market trends to generate actionable insights for proactive workforce planning and identification of high-potential candidates.
  • Champion ReturnToWorkSA’s employer brand by leading initiatives that enhance its reputation as an employer of choice within South Australia.
  • Utilise data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, measure key performance indicators, and report on recruitment effectiveness across the business.
  • Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders to expand access to diverse talent pools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by offering tailored recommendations on talent attraction solutions that align with broader organisational goals.

This role is a full-time, 2 year fixed term position.

About you
You are a dynamic and strategic leader with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Your extensive experience in talent acquisition includes workforce planning and retention strategies, complemented by a proven ability to partner effectively with executives and senior leaders. With advanced analytical skills, you translate workforce data into actionable strategies. Your collaborative approach, ethical standards, and solutions-oriented mindset are crucial in fostering an inclusive, innovative environment with us.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $120,369 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
