People, Capability and Culture are looking for a People Systems and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The Position
You’ll be at the heart of transforming HR systems and data, streamlining processes, improving reporting, and proactively leading improvements that enhance employee experience and organisational decision-making. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and invites you to challenge the status quo while guiding the evolution of our HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and performance improvement projects.
  • Deliver responsive support for HR systems.
  • Working with D&IG, optimise people related reporting and data, considering best source data, business impact and insights and ultimately utilising Tableau to improve user experience.
  • Lead the development of the HR Technology Strategy and improvement roadmap, including consideration of future HRIS / people systems architecture, and contribute to associated projects.
  • Ensure privacy and data security compliance across all system processes.
  • Alongside the Systems Administrator, ensure the administration of HR systems is undertaken, driving operational performance and system health.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance HR processes for improved user experience.
  • Track industry trends and technology updates to inform smarter system solutions.
  • Enable evidence-based decisions by turning data into actionable insights.

This role is a full-time, 2 year fixed term position.

About You
You're a strategic thinker and hands-on doer, a natural problem solver driven by continuous improvement. Ideally your systems and data background has included HR environments and systems. As the business Subject Matter Expert, you are confident navigating system transformations and integrations with technical support from technology teams. You enjoy working collaboratively, manage and partner with stakeholders well and communicate with clarity and purpose. You bring a future-focused mindset and an eagerness to innovate, always looking for the next improvement that makes a lasting impact.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $120,369 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
