Our People, Capability and Culture team is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Systems Administrator. The position
As a Systems Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability, security, and ongoing enhancement of critical human resources systems, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and external partners.
- Administer and maintain HR systems ensuring accuracy, efficiency, usability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support end-user education and consistent system usage.
- Provide responsive technical support and manage system upgrades, ensuring robust data security practices.
- Oversee integrations between HR systems and other platforms, resolving synchronisation issues efficiently.
- Lead or contribute to system-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and workflow redesign.
- Monitor industry trends and vendor updates to inform system enhancements and best practice adoption.
- Support evidence-based decision-making with accurate data analysis and reporting.
This role will be a full-time ongoing position.
About you
You are a committed professional with expertise in administering HR systems in medium-to-large organisations. Your ability to enhance workflows and automate processes is underpinned by your comprehensive understanding of data architecture and system configuration. You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative spirit, aligning with our values of inclusivity and integrity. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement make you ideal for a role supporting the welfare of South Australians affected by workplace injuries.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $101,481 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
